I tried to place an order from PODTurbo but got the error “[Gearbubble message] Error in order 1 for order item: 1 Please enter a valid state.”

There are some countries where we don’t have the state data. This can happen with some orders. You can go to the “awaiting order” page in PODTurbo, click "Edit", and update the state in the order. Then click order again. This should fix the problem.
